Your use of this website to purchase goods is governed by the following terms and conditions.


1. PURCHASING FROM OUR WEBSITE

You can make a purchase by browsing through our online shop and adding products to the shopping basket. You then have the option to place your order online or over the phone on 01254 397111. If you place your order online you will be transferred to a secure payment page operated by PayPal or Google Checkout.


2. ONLINE PAYMENT SECURITY

3. DELIVERY

Items on our web site will normally be delivered within 48hrs if ordered before 1pm. If products are not in stock we will contact you to arrange another delivery date or refund your money if you are not happy with the delivery options.


5. RETURNS

Goods can be returned within 7 days of delivery should they be unsatisfactory. Items must be returned undamaged, in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items (unless faulty).
Once we have received the item's are happy they have been returned in the same condition as dispatched, we will issue you with a full refund on the purchase price, minus our delivery costs.  Alternatively you can choose to accept a credit for the full price of the goods you ordered. This can be used towards the purchase of other items.

Please note, whilst every effort is made to accurately reproduce the appearance of each product we stock - we can not accept and responsibility for any colour misrepresentations.  Different colour display settings on computer monitors can have an effect on the appearance of colours in our images. You can still return your goods for a refund, however they will not be deemed faulty and you will be responsible for the return costs.

Custom made products will be non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed on our website. Please ensure that the measurements are correct and note the estimated delivery time shown on the site to allow for production.

Returned goods must be returned in the same state they left our shop for a full refund to be given.
